General Bonus T&cs

Scope and Applicability

These General Bonus Terms govern all Promotions and Bonuses offered by Bbg.bet. Where a Promotion carries its own Terms, those specific terms shall prevail in the event of a conflict with these General Terms.

Eligibility and Account Restrictions

Eligibility for Bonuses is limited to eligible Players who comply with these Terms. The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise in a Promotion’s terms:

  • Only one bonus may be claimed per person.
  • Restrictions apply per household, IP address, email address, payment method, device, and account number.
  • Promotions may be canceled, limited, or withdrawn at the sole discretion of Bbg.bet and may be restricted to recreational players.

Activation, Validity and Expiry

A bonus becomes active upon satisfaction of the promotion-specific activation conditions or upon credit to the player's bonus balance in accordance with these Terms. Unless the Promotion specifies otherwise, the bonus balance remains valid for 10 days from activation. If wagering requirements are not met within that period, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be removed from the player's balance.

Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements apply to the bonus and are calculated as follows, unless a Promotion states a different figure:

  • Deposit and Bonus: 35× the sum of the initial deposit and the bonus received.
  • Free Spin Winnings: 40× the winnings derived from Free Spins.

Wagering must be completed prior to withdrawal. Wagering on some games may not count, and some games may be excluded entirely from contributing to wagering requirements as described in the Game Contributions section.

Use of Bonus Funds and Cash Balance

When a Bonus is active, bets are settled from the Real Cash Balance first. Bonus Funds are used only after the Cash Balance is exhausted or insufficient to meet the stake. Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements and withdrawal limitations as described herein.

Maximum Payout and Release from Bonus

The maximum amount that can be released from a Bonus as a withdrawal is limited to ten (10) times the initial amount of the Bonus received. Any amount above this cap remains in the account subject to the applicable terms and conditions.

Betting Limits During an Active Bonus

While a Bonus is active, the maximum permitted bet per wager is the equivalent of €5 or local currency equivalent (or alternatively the amount of the stated cap in the Promotion). Bets exceeding the cap do not contribute toward wagering requirements.

Game Contributions Towards Wagering

Contributions to wagering requirements are game-type dependent. Unless specified otherwise by a Promotion, the following applies:

  • Slots and Keno contribute 100% of the bet amount.
  • Table games, Video Poker, and Craps contribute 0%.
  • Live Casino and Jackpot games are not eligible for wagering under an active Bonus.

Restricted Games and Exclusions

Some games may be restricted or cannot be played while an active Bonus is in effect. Bbg.bet will notify players of any game restrictions applicable to a Promotion. Players must comply with these restrictions to avoid forfeiture of the Bonus and related winnings.

Cancellation, Forfeiture and Reclaim

Bbg.bet may cancel or reclaim any Bonus and any winnings derived from it if a Player breaches these Terms, engages in suspicious activity, or abuses a Promotion. A Bonus can be canceled at any time before wagering requirements are met, in which case the Bonus balance and related winnings will be removed from the account.

Withdrawals and Early Cashouts

You may request withdrawal prior to completing wagering requirements. If a withdrawal is requested before meeting wagering, the entire Bonus Balance will be removed and you may withdraw only the amount of your Real Balance. Any winnings attributed to Bonus Funds will be forfeited unless the wagering requirements have been satisfied.

Identity Verification and Compliance

To receive a Bonus, Players may be required to provide sufficient proof of identity. Bbg.bet reserves the right to verify identity and to delay, modify, or refuse crediting of a Bonus in its absolute discretion. Promotions are intended for lawful, recreational play; participation may be restricted for certain jurisdictions or individuals as permitted by law.

Changes to Terms; Governing Law

Bbg.bet reserves the right to amend, limit, suspend or cancel any Promotion or Bonus at any time and without prior notice. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curacao, and any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction relevant to Bbg.bet's operations.

Miscellaneous

These General Bonus Terms apply in addition to any Promotion-specific terms. If any provision is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed without affecting the remaining terms. For questions or disputes, players should contact Bbg.bet support through the available channels.
